Suitable for car repair, transporter office, scrap metal or other business requires large area of compound. Land area is about 6500sf and the rental is only RM2000 per month.
However it is in residential and Malay Kampung area, therefore noice pollution is a very concerned issue for the neighbourhood.
The house has been rented.
