I have 2 adjoining units of shop / light industrial for rent on the 2nd floor of the flatted factory in Sg Tiram, Bayan Lepas. They were originally designed for light industrial use but many has rented only for office and logistic company there. The size is about 1600sf each, you can rent each unit respectively at RM1500. The is a heavy duty lift there and a lower ground car park.
